Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Vietnamese Spring Rolls
  • 1 package of Rice Vermicelli
  • 1 Lettuce Bunch
  • 1 Cilantro Bunch
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • Serve with SUMM! Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
  • Optional: Add some lime and Thai red chili to your dipping sauce.

Directions:

  1. Prepare your rice vermicelli according to package.  
  2. Wash and prepare lettuce, cilantro, and bean sprouts.   
  3. Prepare spring rolls according to package directions.  
  4. To eat: wrap your spring rolls, vermicelli, bean sprouts, and cilantro in a lettuce wrap and dip in the SUMM! Nuoc Cham Sauce.
