Vegetable Gyoza Alfredo with Micro greens

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Vegetable Gyoza Dumplings
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ¾ cup loosely packed Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • Micro greens for garnish

Directions:

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Add veggie gyoza and cook for 3-5 minutes.  Drain dumplings and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium high heat, add water, whipping cream, salt, dill and lemon zest. Heat until cream comes to a simmer and then turn heat down to low. Add the grated Parmigiano and stir to combine.
  3. Combine dumplings with sauce. To serve, garnish with your choice of microgreens.
  4. Enjoy!
