Sesame Scallion Gyoza

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Summ! Gyoza
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium high heat.
  • Place the gyoza sesame seed side down in the pan.
  • Next, add 1 tbsp of water to the pan and cover.
  • Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sesame seed bottoms are crisp and golden.
  • Remove gyoza from pan and add the chopped green onion.
  • Stir into the residual oil and sesame seeds left in the pan.
  • Fry for one minute.
  • Serve gyoza with the softened green onion mixture and enjoy!
