Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyoza Winter Salad

We've been obsessed with air frying our gyozas. It's easy, crispy, and light! Today we used the Sesame Chicken Gyoza Dumplings as our protein for our salad. So delicious, yet so easy. Check out the recipe down below!

Ingredients

  • SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyoza
  • 2 cups radicchio, torn
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ¼ cup Pistachios, rough chop
  • ¼ cup roasted almonds, rough chop
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • Sesame Ginger Summ dipping sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Prepare SUMM! gyoza in an air fryer according to package directions. Reserve.
  2. Meanwhile, combine salad greens and chopped nuts in a salad bowl and toss with SUMM! dipping sauce, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Garnish with orange slices and top with warm gyoza.
