Japanese Curry with Pork and Shiitake Gyozas

Ingredients

  • 1 package of SUMM! Pork & Shiitake Gyoza Dumplings
  • 1Tbsp. of sesame oil 
  • 1 cube of your favourite Japanese curry
  • 1½ – 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup of shimeji mushrooms or your favourite vegetables
  • ½ cup thinly sliced yellow onions 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic  
  • 1 tsp minced ginger 
  • Optional: garnish with green onions and red chili peppers 

Directions

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté your onions, ginger, and garlic. 
  2. Add water to your pot and boil. Mix your Japanese curry until fully dissolved. Add your Pork & Shiitake gyozas and boil until heated through. Add your shimeji mushrooms or your favourite vegetable and steam. 
  3. Garnish with green onions and red chili peppers. 
  4. Enjoy!
