Beef Mandu with Kimchi Fried Rice

This Korean inspired meal will satisfy your hunger and cravings! It's quick and easy to make and will have dinner ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Bulgogi Beef Mandu Dumplings
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked short grain rice
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • ½ cup green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup scallions,slice

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized skillet, add 1 tbsp oil over high heat.  Place dumplings in the pan with 2 Tbsp water and cover. Turn heat down to simmer and steam for 5 -8 minutes or until dumplings are steamed and browned on the bottom.  Remove from the pan and reserve.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to the pan. Heat on high and add rice, kimchi, cabbage and scallions. Stir until combined and then let fry for a minute or two until the rice gets a little crispy.
  3. Serve with dumplings and enjoy!
