Ingredients

Filling:

Chicken, Cabbage, Sesame oil, Carrot, Ginger, Salt, Green onion, Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Canola oil, Sesame seeds, Sugar, Spices, Cilantro, Granulated garlic.

Wrapper:

Unbleached enriched flour [wheat flour, enrichment (niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)], Water, Canola oil, Salt, Corn starch.

Water, Sugar, Soy sauce, (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Canola oil, Vinegar, Salt, Sesame oil, Granulated garlic, Spices (contain turmeric), Guar gum, Xanthan gum.

Heating Instructions

Pan frying (video instructions):

1. Set the stove on high. Put 1 tablespoon cooking oil, Gyozas and 1/3 cup of water into a frying pan with Gyozas flat side down.
2. Cover pan with lid. Reduce heat to medium once water starts boiling.
3. Cook for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes until water completely evaporates and Gyoza bottoms are crispy.
4. Serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce.

Boiling (video instructions):

1. Bring some chicken broth to boil in a pot.
2. Place Gyozas in the broth and boil for 3 to 5 minutes until fully heated.
3. Add some vegetable such as bok choy and garnish with green onion as desired.
4. Serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce.

Microwave (video instructions):

1. Put Gyozas on a plate and cover Gyozas with a wet paper towel.
2. Heat on high in a microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until fully heated.
3. Serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce.

Air frying (video instructions):

1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
2. Place gyozas in a large bowl and drizzle with 1.5 tbsp of canola oil. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Remove gyozas from bowl and place in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd air fryer.
4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake or toss once during heating. Transfer gyozas from air fryer and place on plate to cool.
5. Serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce. Serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce.
