Miso Tahini Sauce for Gyoza

This simple Japanese style sauce is guaranteed to be a staple in your household. Pair with gyoza dumplings or even noodles, salads, and other favorite dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp water or more until desired consistency

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients adding water a little at a time until desired consistency.
  2. Serve as a dip or drizzled on top of your favorite Gyoza!
