Healthy Asian Power Bowl with Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack of SUMM! Sesame Ginger Dumplings *use sauce packet as dressing
  • 1/2 cup quinoa to 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of mixed greens
  • 1/2 red apple
  • 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup edamame beans
  • 1/3 cup of sliced cucumber

Directions

  1. Add quinoa to a pot with water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for around 15 minutes until the quinoa absorbs all the water and is fluffy.
  2. Set the stove on high. Put 1 tablespoon cooking oil, Gyozas and 1/3 cup of water into a frying pan with Gyozas flat side down.
  3. Cover pan with lid. Reduce heat to medium once water starts boiling.
  4. Cook for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes until water completely evaporates and Gyoza bottoms are crispy.
  5. Add in bean sprouts to the pan and cook until translucent.
  6. Slice cucumber into rounds and apple into thin strips.
  7. Assemble bowl and serve with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce as the dressing.
  8. Enjoy!
