Ingredients

  • SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyozas
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 small carrot grated
  • Sliced radish
  • Microgreens
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Sliced green onions
  • SUMM! Gyoza sauce

Directions

  1. Put cup of rice into a large bowl as the base of salad
  2. Add handful of spinach, grated carrot, sliced radish, micro greens, toasted sesame, and sliced green onions.
  3. Drizzle with SUMM! Gyoza Sauce and serve.
